I think I sort of crash landed, stranded and striving, blueberry pancakes triumphantly in hand. This blog is dedicated to appreciating - one girl, one camera, some words.

I hear your voice (Video!)
Video available on YouTube: Where Do We Go From Here
Completed Lyrics:
Waiting for the next explosion
(the celebratory ripping of the sky
seems particularly violent tonight)
Waiting
I hear your voice
Where do we go from here?
This is why we fight:
You are unreliable, ethereal
You are light
Surrounded by your colors, your life
I hear your voice
Where do we go from here?
We were maybe in love once.
safely contained, tupperware tight
I thought and I felt your eternity
I hear your voice.
Where do we go from here?
In case you didn't catch on, this song was constructed from the snatches of poetry written across the daily photos! This ended up being about grief, and attempting to navigate through it - I have a couple of good friends experiencing that right now, and I've been thinking about them and their families a lot lately.
